Projects
Caleido is a collection inspired by my own artwork while growing up produced at an art created at the art institution "El Caleidoscopio" The collection includes waste-led approaches such as modular design and up-cycled threads from discarded textile headers.
This project includes a free-online guide on modular design application as a mediator for waste-led design.
The online exhibition 6876km.com part of the sustainability conference at FIT which showcased photographs by Jon Brown that document the creation of a naturally dyed, zero-waste collection of textile art, including the plants and people who made them, from New York City to Kindia, Guinea, and Grand-Bassam, Côte d’Ivoire.
